Amazon Video required a booking form for its internal stakeholders to test new content by inviting selected users to a survey. After submission, the system automatically creates a study from the information provided. By working closely with survey programming, we achieved a quick turnaround and deep integration with back-end survey systems. The web form was used to test more than 100 episodes in the first six months, and it exceeded both internal and client expectations.
